About Boaz Gilad

I'm Boaz Gilad — a keynote speaker, author and performance coach, the founder of The Zenith Clubhouse and the host of the Unmask podcast. I've spent decades building businesses in real estate and development: buying, renovating and operating property through booms and through the years nobody likes to talk about. That second part is why event organizers call me. I speak about what actually happens between the plan and the result.

On stage I work with owners, founders, executives, brokers and sales teams. The through-line is execution under pressure: how leaders handle failure, how teams keep moving when the market turns, and how a person who is clearly capable stops getting in their own way. I don't hand out slogans. I give the room language, a framework and a next step they can use on Monday morning.

Signature Speaking Topics

Every session is tailored to the audience and the outcome you want before I walk in. These are the four talks that get requested most, and each one can run as a keynote, a fireside conversation or a working session.

  • Supercharge Your Failures — how to turn setbacks into the raw material for growth instead of a verdict on your ability.
  • The Zenith Code — the inner operating system behind sustained high performance: focus, discipline, identity and the games worth winning.
  • Leading Teams That Perform Under Pressure — building accountability and clarity so execution survives a hard quarter.
  • The Real Estate Mindset — the investing and negotiating habits behind long-term wealth in rental and development markets.
  • Unmask — the stories leaders tell themselves, and what changes when they stop.

Session Formats

I keep the format honest about the time available. A 45-minute keynote should change how the room thinks; a half-day workshop should change what they do. Tell me the agenda and I'll tell you which one fits.

  • Keynote — 30 to 60 minutes, conference main stage, up to several thousand attendees.
  • Fireside chat or moderated interview — 30 to 45 minutes with a host or panel.
  • Half-day or full-day workshop — hands-on training for leadership groups and sales teams.
  • Private leadership session — closed-door work with founders and executive teams.
  • Podcast and media appearances — interviews on leadership, resilience and real estate.

Who the Room Is Usually Made Of

I've delivered more than thirty full-day keynotes and training programs across industries including real estate, manufacturing and aerospace, alongside university and association audiences. The material travels because the problem travels: capable people, high stakes, and the gap between intention and execution.

  • Business owners, founders and entrepreneurs
  • Executive and leadership teams
  • Real estate brokers, investors and developers
  • Sales organizations and high-performing revenue teams
  • Associations, conferences and university programs

What the Audience Leaves With

The measure of a talk isn't the applause, it's what people do differently the following week. I build every session around three or four takeaways an attendee can repeat to a colleague who wasn't in the room.

  • A clear way to name the failure or friction they've been avoiding
  • A practical framework for turning that into their next decision
  • Language for holding a team accountable without breaking trust
  • Renewed conviction that the goal is still available to them

Books, Podcast and Media

I'm the author of The Real Estate Millionaire, published by McGraw-Hill, on investing in rental markets, and of The Zenith Code, a performance playbook for founders and executives. Both books frequently anchor the talks and give attendees somewhere to continue the work.

I also host the Unmask podcast, where I sit down with high performers for candid conversations about the wins and the failures that got them there. Episodes are available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube, and the show is often the easiest way for an event team to hear how I handle a live conversation.

Booking Boaz Gilad

Send me your event date, location, audience size and the outcome you're after, and I'll come back to you personally with availability, format and investment. Fees depend on format, travel and preparation, and I'm always straight about what a session needs in order to land well.

For promotion you're welcome to use the bio, topics and headshots in this kit. If your marketing team needs a specific bio length, a custom session title or high-resolution photography, ask and I'll send it over.
