I built and ran a successful real estate company, made high-stakes decisions, led teams, and navigated growth under real pressure. I saw what worked, what didn't, and what separated people who sustained high-performance individuals from those whose progress had stalled. That experience shaped how I think about discipline, execution, and leadership. Over time, I began to see a pattern. Capable people plateauing. Not because they lacked talent or ambition.
